General conditions of sale
ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs (see availability and delivery).All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
Love Shop Avenue reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability at that date.
Ownership reserve clause: the products remain the property of Love Shop Avenue until the full prize cashed by Love Shop Avenue.
ARTICLE 2 - MODE OF REGULATIONS
By Credit Card (Visa Electron, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, e-Map Bleue, CB, Bancontact Mistercash, Paylib), Cheque, bank transfer where in cash in case of a withdrawal of the order to the Esbly store (77). Your credit card number data is encrypted from your computer.
Before validating a bank card order and avoiding fraud, Love Shop Avenue reserves the right to request a photocopy of its identity card, as well as the 3 numbers on the back of its bank card.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY / DISPOUND
Shipping:
We use the products of the post (Letter Max, Letter followed, Recommended, Colissimo, So Colissimo).
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and appear on the order form according to the total weight of your order and the shipping country.
For shipments outside the European Union, possible taxes (local TV, customs or import) may be charged upon arrival of the parcel to destination and will remain at the expense of the consignee.
Availability:
In the event of a product unavailability after placing the order, the Buyer will be informed by email or by phone of the items that are broken. The buyer will then have 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to request the cancellation, exchange or total refund of his order by contacting our customer service.
Delivery time:
The deadlines are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times. Timelines vary by destination and business days and do not include holidays. France 24 to 48 hours / Strange 3 to 15 days after the country of destination.
ARTICLE 4 - HUMAN RIGHTS
In case of shipment outside the European Community, the order may be subject to any taxes and customs duties that will be imposed when the parcel arrives at destination.

ARTICLE 6 - SATISFAIT OR REMOVE
All items may be subject to a total exchange or refund if he wishes, after the cancellation of his orderexcept for certain items listed below. The total exchange or refund request by the customer must be made within 14 business days (Article L121-20) with the date of receipt of the package.

The consumer may deviate from this period in the event that he or she cannot move and where simultaneously he or she would need to resort to an immediate and necessary benefit to his or her living conditions. In this case, he would continue to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
The period referred to in the preceding paragraph is short from receipt for goods or acceptance of the offer for services.
Where the information provided in section L. 121-19 has not been provided, the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be increased to three months. However, where the provision of this information occurs within three months of receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer, it shall issue the 14-day period referred to in the first paragraph.
When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
The item to be resumed must be intact, complete and packed.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, items such as briefs, thongs, shortys, boxers, stickers or stockings should be returned in their original packaging and not worn, under penalty of refusal of return.

The so-called consumer products will not be accepted in return if they cannot be delivered to the sale in the case that it would have been opened and tried without satisfying the expectations of the customer. (example of products: Food supplements, Massage oil, Intimate lubricants, fragrances, cleaners and creams).
The DVDs will not be taken back if they are returned without cellophane and they cannot be returned to the sale.
The shipping costs of the return remaining at the customer's expense and are in no way refundable.
In the case of an exchange, the new item will be sent upon receipt of the item to be exchanged, if it is in accordance with the condition of return. If the new order is in a higher amount, the user must attach to the exchange request the payment of the difference. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the original amount, the user will receive a cheque equal to the difference, attached to his new order.
In the case of a total refund, the refund will be made by bank transfer or cheque upon receipt of the item, if it is in accordance with the return condition.
ARTICLE 7 - RESPONSIBILITY
The proposed products conform to the existing French legislation and the applicable standards in France. The photographs, texts, graphics information and features reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual.
